I agree - Charli's album feels a little more rough and a little more personal, and I think that adds to its charm. Carpenter would be third of those three for me, I think. And I know Beyonce got a few mentions here, but I put her album fourth.
I hear you - Brat and Brat+ are encyclopedic - but I have in mind Camila Cabello's masterpiece - the confusion probably deliberate because she steals from Charli as well as *everyone* else!
